CSP Valcos

The Valcos cleaning team has been developed for use in parabolic cylinder solar thermal power plants.

One of its fundamental values is its high maneuverability and excellent visibility, which allows us to:

1. Access almost all loops of the plants.

2. Enable the operator to continuously visualize the entire cleaning area, thereby increasing work safety.

3. The relatively low weight of the vehicle, supported by special wheels to prevent damage to the surface of the solar field.

Some general features include:

• JCB Factrac tractor vehicle, which powers all elements without requiring additional energy equipment. The tractor vehicle powers the hydraulic pump as well as all corresponding systems for the automation.

• Hydraulic pump with pressure (50-130 bars).

• 6500-liter water tank.

• Hydraulic movement system equipped with position sensors and safety systems.
